_____The 3 most important things to remember when fighting De Vars, is 1. Efess and Grand Cross are ineffective. 2. Flame/Fire attacks are ineffective. 3. Attacks when wielding (a) Genocyclaw(s) are ineffective. Now, as you may have noticed, De Vars only has one special attack apart from his normal attack. Disruptarm is a group attack which deals around 75-80 damage to all members of the party. His normal attack, is quite weak and deals 90-100 damage to one member. Since there is little diversity in his attacks, and he almost always uses disruptarm, I have set up 4 macro's which will work most of the time.

_____ Macro 1 is the starting, setup macro. When De Vars does Disrupt arm, use Macro 2. This will heal some of the damage dealt by the attack. The next round, he will most likely use the same attack, so use Macro 3 and it will heal all of the damage of disrupt arm and the damage from the one he did last round. Since you will be at full health, you can now use Macro 4 for an all out attack. If at any time you feel that one of these macros is not the best choice, use commands and substitute attacks and healings appropriately, and try to fit a Deban in your strategy. Now, if Rika runs out for mana before De Vars is defeated, Macro 5 is good to use in tight spots.
