_____Lashiec is dangerous because of his group attacks, they deal a pretty good amount of damage. The main attack that should be watched out for is the Another Gate attack. It is very strong, dealing 130-150 damage to all characters, therefore it is essential that all characters be kept at 100 HP or higher. This is because of his other attack, Thunder Halberd as well. Thunder Halberd deals 60-90 damage to all characters and 130 to Wren, since he is weak against lightning attacks. He rarely uses Possesion, and even then it is pretty useless. It has a chance of putting someone to sleep. Nearing the end of the battle, Lashiec will use Reinforce, which will raise all of his stats. This is dangerous because all of his attacks will be more powerful, Another Gate, being an even bigger threat.

_____Now, to the macros. The first macro is the starting, setup macro. It will ensure a much better chance of surviving Another Gate and Thunder Halberd and it gives Lashiec a good hit with Grand Cross. Macro 2 is there for the 2nd round, because in my experience, Lashiec casts Another Gate or Thunder Halberd the first round, leaving you to group heal, and this macro will prepare you. If Lashiec does not use either of these spells, use commands and do exactly the same techs/skills except substituting Rika's Sar with Res or even Dblslash if no healing is needed. Macro Three is there for an all out assault when Lashiec fails to capitalize with Possession.
