A Phantasy Star IV Experience from Mist.

The first time I started playing PSIV was when I got the Sega channel. I
really didn't understand the game, being young at the time, but I enjoyed the
story. I remember sobbing when Alys died. I really thought until that moment
that she would recover. I got stuck after that, not knowing what to do with
the wand. Then my parents took away the Sega channel and my interest in
Phantasy Star IV ceased.

Then, a year or two later, I decided I wanted to go shopping for Sega games
and began looking for sites on my favorites. I thought I had found all of
them, then I remembered PSIV. Boy, was I surprised! I was shocked at the
depth of the story, being used to those arcade shooting and fighting games. I
read all I could about it and discovered the other three games. By the time I
found PSIV in a used game store, I was an expert.

I now play these games every chance I get. I recently purchased PSII, and
while it isn't as good as PSIV, I think it makes for an excellent sequel to
PSI. I feel touched by this series and hope that others have or will share
the same feelings I do about this incredible saga.
