Section 2 Stategies:

Starting hand: Londo Mollari, Mary Ann Cramer, Not Meant To Be, Imperial Telepaths.

Well, the main one is the cheesy way...win trade pacts and do trade windfalls, explore and purge destiny marks. With the rest of the cards, you can reach a total of 12 inflence. With Rise of the Republic and Cramer, you can have a Power of 27 in no time. Just to make it interesting, play the Vorlon cards and see if you can bring out Order Above All before you win with Rise Of The Republic. Start the Shadow War and get a bunch of points for a tournament by winning it. Since you will most unlikely be playing against the Shadows (usually played by the Centauri player!) this should be an easy way to victory. Cancel conflicts, get Vorlon marks and draw plenty of card fast with Imperial telepaths, meditations and Minister Malachi. If you run out of cards, use the Telepath on you to stay in the game for ever. If B5 is gaining influence, slow it down with B5 unrest.

In the beggining:
Build to 8 influence and bring out Cramer. Promote Cramer and use her to lower tensions between the Narns and you. If the Narns try to declare war on you, Not Meant To Be It. Build to 10. Bring out  the agenda Rise of The Republic hidden.

Mid game:
USE THE CHEESE! Get that inluence up high! Get the Vorlon's cards out and use them. Stop big conflicts and build influence ASAP. Trade Pact to tarde windfall, purge the destiny marks, get that Eye, Explore with the Third Battle Fleet and Carpe Diem any usefull cards.

End game:
When enough inflence is acquired, Rise Of the Republic should be revealed. If by now the Vorlons are powerful enough for a Major victory, take advantage of it! Who knows, you might be playing against the Minbari/Vorlons!

Comments:
I tried to build a similar deck using a third strategy just for fun with the humans with high intrigue and Knowledge is Power. The deck was very slow and there were too many cards. This is another version that came out of it. Play around with the cards in the deck and have fun with it for a while. Who knew the orlons would be a good ally for the Republic?

Weakness:
Not prepared for war. People will get ticked off after a while of this cheese intensive deck. The rest is up to you to find out...play with it for a while and send me your comments.
