Commentary on the Battle of Elysia


If the reader has stumbled upon Red Draco's stories before (particularly Zero Tolerance) then this story might seem terribly familiar. Note, however, that the author only borrowed certain elements from Red Draco (in particular, the opening and the forcefields).

All characters and events in this fanfic are purely fictional. Any resemblance to actual events and persons are highly improbable and probably impossible. Well, Elysia is based on the place in Greek mythology where heros go when they die, but surely that must bear very little resemblance to real-life.

As mentioned in the index, this story pays little or no respect to the actual story presented in the vide games.. X and Zero seem perfectly human (all right, they shoot things out of their arms...) and have a minimal sense of duty. The list of alterations goes on ad infinitum. Purists should not be reading this.
