Michael Avis runs Avis Cart Hire.
The Avis Cart Hire deals as the name implies in carts and wagons. Although originally he had a limited stock that he hired out to customers, he now has his own in-house carpenter who can make new carts and wagons.
He is now in a postion to sell carts and wagons.
Although he will still hire them out if the customer so requests. But because of the risks involved in such ventures he is very careful to whom he hires them out to.
He would much prefer to direct them towards his friend at The Black Horse Livery which sells second hand carts and wagons.
