Javik Stroutas runs the Black Horse Livery. The Black Horse Livery is a blacksmiths and stable. Here you can buy horses and other riding animals, as well as everything needed to ride them and keep them.
The Livery can also provide stabling for a characters riding animals whilst they are in the town. The Livery also has a limited supply of second hand carts and wagons. If there is none that the character wishes to buy Javik will direct them to his friend Michael Avis and his shop Avis carts.
The numbers available vary from time to time and as most of Jarvik’s animals are kept in paddocks just outside the town, they will not always be available there and then.
