Each of these colleges are unique, they all have their strengths and weaknesses

Spells
Both talents and rituals come in two forms. These are: -
General Knowledge and Special Knowledge.
When a player sets out into the world of adventure he first chooses his college.
He is then apprenticed to a Magi who teaches him the basics of magic, so when he leaves his apprenticeship, at the age of 18 for humans and an equivelent age for other races, he knows all the general knowledge spells and rituals as well as having developed his talents.
The special knowledge spells and rituals can only be learnt from a magi prepared to teach them and the character will have to pay for these.
