This spell causes a terrific blast of wind, aimed specifically at a single character or group within 48 yds. Victims hit by this spell are knocked off-balance for 1 round. In subsequent rounds, they may neither move, or fire missile weapons. Note that two groups in hand-to-hand combat count as one target. The two groups may continue to fight, but any wound damage is halved.

Any characters wishing to move forward may do so at 1/2 their normal rate if they first pass a test against Strength x 5.
