There is not much to say about CivNet, other than it was a game they released between Civilization and Civilization 2. The plot is the same as in the other two games (just try and dominate the world however you can).

The graphics are slightly better than the original civilization. However, they are not a great improvement over the first game. The real inovation in this game comes in its multiplayer capabilities. This moves it toward the direction of Civilization2. Another great thing about this game is that it allows you to play a classic PC game, but in a windows environment. Other than these two changes, there is not much that is different from the original game.

Bottom Line: Overall, this is a great game, and if you don't have a copy of the original Civilization game, then I would suggest that you buy this game.
