Egoth

A pale mauv creature levitates just before you, it is surrounded by the
stench of death. Protruding where its mouth should be are three tenticacles
still stained with blood from its last meal. As you look deeply at the
creatures face you realize that it is surprising intelligent in a sinister
sort of way. In its right three fingered hand, it holds a body part for
use in some unknown ritual, in its left is a small vial of what appears to
be embalming fluids.
