Hidden Track
At the Configuration screen, choose Training.  At the 
course-select screen, choose Monaco.  Begin the race, and 
watch for a body of water that appears on your left 
behind two angled gray barriers.  Srive toward the water at 
top speed.  If your car is positioned correctly, you'll drive 
onto the water.  You'll come to an opening that leads back 
onto the grass.  Beyond that grass is a new track.

Start with $10,000
At the Select Player scree, enter the initals SETAUSA.  
Go to the car-customizing screen, and you'll have
$10,000 to spend.
