IØSNY Nicola Sanna
27 years of Ham Activity. Passionate of VHF-UHF-SHF and Microwaves he
reached various word records on 10 and 24 GHz and european records on 1296
MHz. DXpeditioner on HF, VHF and microwaves in different Asia, American,
African and European countryes. Some of the calls used are IC8/I0SNY,
IA5/I0SNY, IS0/I0SNY, ZB2/I0SNY, EA9/I0SNY, CN9CR, IL7/I0SNY, 4U1ITU, CO0OTA,
JT1Y (1998) ecc...
IT9GAI Gaetano Giudice
He is an Ham since march 1962. In two years he reached 150 countryes
in the DXCC. His score is now 358/329 HR. In 1966 he operated from Pantelleria
Is. as IP1/IT9GAI and in 1970 from Lampedusa Is. as IL1/IT9GAI togheter
with the never forgotten I8AA Rosario, I4LCK and IT9JT. He operated also
as IJ9/ from some islands of the Sicily coast. His score of 855 is among
the first in the world ranks of IOTA HR. He is in the HR of IIA and in
the WABA (Antartic Basis). He has several important awards as the AAA,
DUF Excellence, DDMF, Guglielmo Marconi, WAEI, Cook Bicentenary, WAZ, WAP,
WPX, Espana, TPA, CDM, WAIS and many others. He is member of the Diamont
DX Club, of the crazy DX Club and others. He scored among the first places
in the 1964,'65,'66 and '67 WWDX contest as 21 m. SSB.
I1ZB Antonio Zerbini
I1ZB surname "Tony", he is an Ham from 1960. He served the Italian
Military Navy from 1955 to 1958. He was the radio operator on board of
the "Duca degli Abruzzi" ship and after of the "San Giorgio". He
was CW Operator at the Coastal Station of Cagliari. He was then CW Op.
at the Coastal Station of Genova/ICB. He is the president of the Italian
Naval Old Rhythmers Club from May 1992. He operated in several DXpeditions
always operating CW only.
I1QOD Alberto Frattini
He is an Ham from 1975 and he operates only CW. He is the secretary
and award manager of the Italian Naval Old Rhythmers Club.
He has ben active as 3A/I1QOD Principato di Monaco and 4U1ITU Ginevra.
He has the following Awards: ARRL DXCC HONOR ROLL CW HSC 1568 - VHSC
360 - SHSC 155.
IZØCRN Andrea Becchetti
He is an ham from 1 year and he is passionate of HF SSB. He is member of ARI Perugia and he hope to gain some expertice from this first DXpedition.
