Realm of Xenogears Presents
Let's begin our tour at the beautiful country side of Lahan, this is such a good place for a home
This is where the story of Xenogears all started, it's hard to believe an amazingly sad story like Xenogears can begin in such a happy place. Right now, let me introduce you to Fei's home.
Yup, this quiet little house was where Fei lives. We can often see Fei drawing his imaginative pictures here. Fei was brought into this town three years ago, anything beyond this point is yet unknown to him. For the three years he lived with the town's elder who treated him like his own son. And then there's Timothy, who was Fei's best buddy. Now that we have Fei with us in our tour, let's take a look around other places.
Hmmm, it seems Timothy and Fei both have a crush on Alice. Timothy took action and announced wedding before Fei. Fei kept his thoughts to himself and never spoke out. Of course not everyone prefer Alice and Timothy, Alice's stubborn little brother, Dan, always looked up to Fei and wished Fei can be the lucky one.
Hey, what's the big deal putting a well in this tour? It's not like this is where one of the important characters live right? No, obviously Xenogears wouldn't make someone live in that. But that doesn't mean you can't visit it. Just try jumping into this with Fei, I am sure Fei will thank you for it.
After visiting the well, Fei visits good old Citan whom is the town's doctor. There are some monsters on the way to Citan's but you know what the doc would say, "A healthy dose of monster smashing is good for you." After dinner with Citan, Fei decides to head home. On his way, as if destined (or Grahf's planned destined), a group of unknown gears crash landed onto Lahan. Oh so sad, the tour will get much more sad from here on.....
The whole city of Lahan was in burning flames as the Kislev and Aveh gears battle for Weltall. Timothy didn't make it out of the battlezone in time, he was shot multiple times by a battling gear. Fei, raging as his eyes gaze at his injured buddy, sees Weltall. Not only did Fei knew how to drive this advance gear but he manage to knock out a couple of gears with it. But it wasn't enough, Fei was entirely outnumbered. For some reason, or more exactly Id, Fei shot this huge source of energy right in the center of Lahan wiping out not only all the enemies but sadly Timothy and Alice.
Fei woke up to find Timothey and Alice dead and the whole town destroyed with him as the murderer. Fei was banished by everyone from Lahan from here on. Citan advise Fei to seek help in the city of Dazil as he is now being targeted for his stolen Weltall. Stunned and confused, Fei begins his aimless journey.
