New Years Festival (only after the first year)
Every one joins to toast each other with a drink of wine. Every time you talk to someone you must toast. If you are a good drinker you can get some people to leave if you talk to them several times because they will have had too much to drink. Some people are better drinkers than others. The best drinkers are Karen and Kai since they work at a vineyard. A few other people can take two or three drinks like the Midwife, Maria, Mayor, Mailman, and Elli.

Sowing Festival
Made to give the earth a breath of spring. The king will fly in a balloon and he will choose an assistant to fly with him. If you are friends with the king you he may pick you as the assistant. If you are not chosen as the assistant you can pick up a balloon at the festival because every one except the king fixes seeds to a balloon and they let there balloon fly after the king leaves.

Horse Race
Get to the track early or may you miss some of the races. If you have a grown horse you can enter it into the race. The day before the festival Ann father will come by to ask you if you want to enter it. If you take good care of your horse he will have more stamina. Many people go to the horse track and horses are entered for the 3 races that are happening today. You can bet money to get coins for prizes. You can not bet on the race you are involved in and the prizes for horse and dog races are the same even though the same coins are used. There is also food you can buy and most people are in a good mood.

Flower Festival
Festival made to praise the Goddess of the Earth. In the old days the girls used to carry a statue of the goddess and the people would walk around it but now the girls dress up. There are Cat Mint Seeds available only at this festival so stock up and you can buy a bottle from Rick. Many people join and the Flower Goddess who was won by getting the most votes walks out dressed up and the other girls throw flower peddles over her. When you talk to a girl they will give you a flower. Then there will be a dance and the king and the goddess must dance together. You get to pick who you want to dance with if you are not the king.

Fireworks
You can go to the several places to view the fireworks. Maria and many other people will be at the Town Square, Popuri will be at Moon Mountain, and Karen will be at beach. At the Town Square there will be food and Rick be selling a bottle if you have not bought it yet. If you are married your wife may go outside your house at the night and invite you go to one of those places. Make sure to leave the farm before nighttime and then come back in the farm after nighttime to be able to see your wife outside. If you do not go with your wife then you can not go anywhere else.

Vegetable Festival
You can bring a crop or non-crop and you can view the other ones that people brought. If you bring one you can win the contest for the best crop. The best crop to bring is Strawberries and then Corn. A good method is to save a strawberry or corn in the fridge until the festival comes so you don’t have to rush to plant them in time of the festival and because Strawberry seeds can not be grown in the Summer.

Fire Fly Festival
You go to the beach to float Fire Fly lights. Fire Fly lights are made from Moon Light stone which is bright and rare. You talk with the people there and later you will get a light to set out in the sea. They believe spirits of the people who died are near by on this night.

Sea Festival
You go to the beach and you meet Rick and the Mayor who will be running it. There are a several people who will swim because there will be a race. Kai is a very good swimmer so he is hard to beat but if you win you will get a prize.

Cow Festival
The day before the festival Ann’s dad will come to your farm if you have a fully-grown cow and ask if you want to enter it. The cow with the best milk is most likely to win. Many people join to look at the cows and taste their milk. You can try the cow’s milk, which is fresh from this morning. You can also talk to the people at the festival and at the end the cows will be judged. If your cow wins that cow will now produce special milk.

Harvest Festival
Festival made to rejoice in the blessing of the earth. To celebrate the years harvest the girls cook food and everyone eats it. Near the end Elli will come out and you have a piece of cake from her. If you get a coin in the piece of cake you will be the next king. If you do not get it someone else will become king. The king is used in the Sowing and Spirit Festival. After he is chosen you get to dance. >Egg Festival
There will be an egg hunt and you will try to find the same color egg as the mayor is holding. If you find the egg give it to the mayor. If you find enough eggs of the same color eggs you will win a prize.

Thanksgiving Festival
This is a day where all the women and girls give cakes of thanks to their father, husband, or to their beloved. You can get a cake from your wife or your girlfriend who may come to your farm to give a cake to you. The stores are open as normal.

Dog Race

The day before the festival Ann father will come by to ask you if you want to enter it. You can bet money to get coins for prizes. You can not bet on the race you are involved in and the prizes for horse and dog races are the same even thought he same coins are used. There is also food you can buy and most people are in a good mood. How your dog does in his race shows how well you take care of your dog.

Starry Night
Somebody may not come by your farm to warn you about this festival but it will be announced by the TV on channel 2. (right C button while watching TV) This is a night you should spend with your girlfriend. Popuri can be found at Moon Mountain and Karen can be found at the beach where you will look at the stars. At the Church there will be Ann, Elli, and Maria who will be singing and a few other people. If you are married your wife may go outside your house at the night and invite you go to one of those places. Make sure to leave the farm before nighttime and then come back in the farm after nighttime to be able to see your wife outside. If you do not go with your wife then you can not go anywhere else.

Raffel
You need 10 stickers to get one chance at the raffle. Buy cakes for the Bakery Raffle and Flower Seeds for the Flower Shop.

Spirit Festival
Many people join to drive away the evil spirits. There is music and if you have bought an acarina you may be able to help play music at the festival. You will be asked the day of the festival if you want to play music.

Night before the New Year
Just about everyone stays up late to celebrate the New Year which is tomorrow. You can go to the church where there is Popuri, Maria, Elli, Midwife, Harris, and the Baker. Join in the church to reflect on what happened this year and to think about next year’s goals. You can go to the bar where there is Karen, Rick, Ann, Cliff, Gray, Kent, Stu, and the Bartender. You talk with others about this year and you can have a drink if you want too.
