The clock is free when you have a house improvement finished before the end of the first summer and the bell is free when you buy your first cow. I have some special items that are only sold during festivals listed where the festival information is.

Festival Information
Flower Festival - Arrive at the square at 3:00pm. There are flowers every where and you can buy rare products so bring lots of money. At the end of the festival you can dance with someone you choose.
Harvest Festival- A festival where you need to bring something that is a crop or non-crop but since you can’t grow crops in fall you have to bring something from the mountain (non-crop). It ends at 3:00pm so get there early. In this festival you try different foods that the people brought and at the end you will dance.
Egg Festival- You have to get to the festival by 3:00pm. You will search for the same colored egg as the mayor holds up and bring it to him before time runs out. For a prize you could get things like a power berry or some type of turtle that is supposed to protect you from disasters.
Thanksgiving Festival- made for fathers and husbands that always work hard. The women will bake cakes to show their thanks for people they like. You can walk around and talk to the women to see if they give you a cake. This is not like the normal festivals, which just take place in the Town Square.
Star Night Festival- You have many places you can go to celebrate this festival. You can talk to others to find out where you may want to spend the night. Your wife will go to one place and you can go to that place if you want to.
-On the night before the New Year (30th of winter) you can go to the bar for a celebration.
New Years Festival- (after year one) In this festival people will go to the top of the mountain to watch the sun rise.

-Seed of Snow Flower cost: 2,000g - you use it in the winter at the top of the mountain
-Perfume cost: 1,000g Your choice out of 3. Pick the one that best for the girl you like
