Playstation 2 will get its first Harvest Moon game in October 2001. The new installment to the series (Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland) is said to be somewhat different than the past versions like the Playstation and N64 games. In this game you must save your homeland before construction will begin. The game will still include many events, which will happen in order and the same ideas of the original versions but this game focuses more on making friends than money. There can be 9 different ending depending on how you play the game and the graphics have also changed a lot. (the game will look much more realistic) Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland also includes recipes to cook, more characters never before seen, and a big difference in the game play than in past games.(for example you will have more things to spend your time on at the farm)
