| The September 1997 Hall of Fame award winner is the castle image produced by James Griffin as part of his North Europe Tile set. The image is certainly one of the most beautiful original creations I have seen and it is also one that is used as an illustration on many web sites. The set, when used with SimCity gives us a city with a distinct European Flair. Be sure to obtain this set for your own use. To my knowledge, James does not have is own web Page.
