Debug Menu
At the Title screen, press and hold L, R, and B.  While still holding the 
buttons, hit Down, Down, Up, Left, Right, Down, Right, and Left.  The 
Title screen gets a new purple background.  Hit start.  At the ne Debug 
Menu, you can choose stages, invincibility, and more.
