Schedule

Friday:    	6 p.m. to 9 p.m.  		Registration for early arrivals

7 p.m.  	Dutch Treat Dinner at Hood College or at area restaurant, (depending on number of registrants)

Saturday:	8:30 to 10 a.m.    	Continental Breakfast   (Marx Center)

10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.   	Registration and gathering of the clan

(light snacks and beverages provided)

2 to 4 p.m.	    		Program of O'Maolanfaidh Family Information

4 to 6 p.m.	    		Picnic Supper

6:30 to 9 p.m.    		Celtic Music by Jim Lawrence

Sunday:	10 to 12 noon		Brunch and goodbyes

Event locations:

All events except the Saturday Breakfast will be held in the Commons of the Whitaker Campus Center.  See Hood College map for additional information.

Friday late arrivals:

If you are staying on campus and will arrive late on Friday evening, you may pick up your key at the desk of the Whitaker Center.

Arrangements for Meals:  Please notify Peggy if you have any allergies or special food requirements.

Photos Needed:

For our presentation during our gathering time on Saturday morning/afternoon, please send me photos of your family by August 1.  Please label as to who/what is shown in the photo, provide your name and let me know if the photo needs to be returned.   We would particularly like photos of early ancestors, family homes, etc., but ask that you do not send irreplaceable photos in the mail.  For these photos, make a good quality copy or have the photo scanned at a high resolution and e-mail to Peggy Larsen at larsen@hood.edu.  Even if you are not able to attend, we would like to have photos of your family so we can all get to know one another!
