The Relationship Between Three
Variables and the Perceived Customer Service and Quality of Care Received
at the Pediatric Clinics in the Department of Defense
Statistical Analysis
The following statistical analysis
is presented to describe a study which seeks to identify the relationship
between three beneficiary variables; Rank, Sex, and Beneficiary Category
as they relate to the patient satisfaction score reported by each patient
seen in the pediatric clinics available throughout the military.
These results are obtained from a complication of data gathered from the
Army Navy and Air Force health care systems.

The above graphic provides the reader
with a brief description of the data analyzed. As shown, there were
969 cases in the database with 23 missing responses. We may observe
that for each of the beneficiary variables; Rank, Sex, and Beneficiary
category there were 946 valid correlation between each variable and the
question asking the degree of satisfaction experienced with the pediatric
clinic.

This chart describes the overall rating
given to the pediatric clinic (DOD wide) and lists the numbers of individual
responses given by each of the 946 responders.

Above the reader will find the individual
responses from each of the beneficiary groups indicating how they rated
the quality of care and service received from the pediatric service in
the DOD.

Description of the responses indicating
how the sex of the beneficiary member related to the responses detailing
how each felt regarding the quality and service of the pediatric service
military wide.

Description of the responses indicating
how the rank of the beneficiary member related to the responses detailing
how each felt regarding the quality and service of the pediatric service
military wide.

Descriptive of the relationship
between each of the variables and responses indicating the level of quality
and service received from the pediatric clinic service in the DOD.

Above the reader will observe the statistical
significance associated between each of the variables and the responses
to the question of quality and service associated with the pediatric service
in the military. As shown, there is no statistical significance associated
with any of the variables chosen in this study.

This graph shows the relationship between
the beneficiary group and the responses received regarding the quality
and service received in the peds clinic within the military service.

A graph depicting the relationship between
the rank of the member receiving care and the responses received regarding
the quality and service received from the clinic.

the sex of the member receiving care and the responses received regarding
the quality and service received from the clinic.
Description of the database

Graph which describes the significance
between each variable and combinations of variables associated with the
responses to quality and service at the peds clinic within the DOD medical
system. As one can see, none of the variables or combinations resulted
in significant findings.
