Milestones in Clan History:

First Clan in Runescape: Sabres (led by King Sabre and Ice Sabre)

First Alliance in Runescape:  A New Kind of Alliance (Original member clans included Red Cloak Clan, Tsai Clan, and BlacKnights)

First War in Runescape: Messiahs versus Sabres

First Treaty Drafted: Sabre Reformation Treaty (Between the Sabres, represented by King Sabre and Ice Sabre; and the Anti Sabre Alliance, represented by Militant and Anfibian)

Largest War: Barbarian Village Debacle (Mithril Clan and RPKers versus EARTH Alliance, Syndicate Alliance, Dark Syndicate Alliance, NKKA Clan, and Sabres) this war filled up an entire server, almost 75% of the approximately 1200 users signed in were fighting this war.

First War after the Wilderness: Gladiatorz and Dark Sabres versus Death Corps and Razors (although it should be noted that Light Sabres and the Phalanx Clan did participate as well)

Largest War after the Wilderness:  BDK versus Gladiatorz and allies (Exact numbers are unknown, but 311 Mafia and BlacKnights were known as allies)

Largest Clan Ever: Newbie Killers Killing Clan (NKKA).  Led by the enigmatic Ryushu, he rallied hundreds of lower level players to create a force to be reckoned with.  Though short lived, it still holds the record of largest clan ever to exist.

Most Powerful Clan: Wanderers (This was determined comparing the levels of clan members versus the mean levels of other Runescape players during the time of the clans existence.  Amount of members was also taken into account). 

Most Powerful Clan after the Wilderness: BDK (This was determined comparing the levels of clan members versus the mean levels of other Runescape players during the time of the clans existence.  Amount of members was also taken into account).

Clan Summaries:

Anfibians: Led by Anfibian, this clan was a strong anti-sabre faction.  This clan established the Anti Sabre Alliance (later changing to the Eternal Alliance of Rationality, Truth, and Honor - or EARTH) along with "The" Clan, and was also allied with ANKA for a brief time.  Anfibian clan was active all the way through the Barbarian Village War, and then it faded away.

Elves of Mirkwood:  Existed for three months.  Led by TimmyMWD, was a strong advocate of anti RPKing, and was a member of the ill fated RFK alliance.

Messiah:

Mithril Clan: Led by Can Not, one of the greatest hoaxes in all of clan history.  Comprised of only a few real members, this clan was thought to be much larger than it actually was.  Can Not declared war on the Sabres .... leading to the largest war in clan history, brining in swarms of PKers.  After the Barbarian Village war Can Not was rumored to have been killed in a plane crash.

Musketeers:

Mystic Knights:

NKKA: Led by Ryushu, this is the largest clan ever.  Was formed to combat Newbie PKing back before the Wilderness.  Became a powerful fighting clan, but dissolved after the Wilderness because its purpose no longer existed.  Played a pivotal role in the Barbarian Village war, and provided some political support in the Phalanx Clan crisis.

Ninjas:

Phalanx Clan:  Led by Orkman2k1 and Timmymwd.  Was created after Timmymwd left the Dark Syndicate and brought members from that alliance and merged with Orkman's clan.  Lasted for half a year, and was a strong ally of the Syndicate and the Sabres.  Collapsed when Orkman was caught in a secret alliance with the Dark Sabres, and Timmymwd kicked him out ... eventually leading to the destruction of the clan by the Hellions.

Rage Clan: Led by King Rage, the leader of the Dark Syndicate after Zei was exilled.  Fought in the attempt to kill all Sabres on Karajma Island, and also fought in the Barbarian Village war.  Has lasted for quite some time, although recent news on the existence of the clan has no come forth.

Razors:  Led by Sexy Razor, this clan was at the heart of one of the longest running feuds in all of clan history (second only perhaps to the  Sabre vs. ASA conflict).  Long standing allies with Death Corps, this clan became mortal enemies with the Gladz after their leader was accidentally slain by a Glad.

Red Cloak Clan:  Part of the first Runescape Alliance - ANKA.  Provided pivotal support to the BlacKnights.  Unfortunatly, their leader and their history has been lost iwth time.

Pirates Clan: Existed for a brief time after the creation of the Wilderness, was led by Lord Anatoly.  Had strong ties to anti-PK clans such as the Light Sabres.

"The" Clan:

Tsai Clan:  Part of the first Runescape Alliance - ANKA.  Provided pivotal support to the BlacKnights.  Unfortunatly, their leader and their history has been lost iwth time.

Wanderers:  For some time the most powerful clan in all of Runescape.  Everyone feared this clan and at the same time wanted to be a part of it.  Lady Kalika was the most famous active member of the Wanderers in terms of relations with other clans.  Mostly remained untouched by other clans because they all feared going to war with such a powerhouse.  Died off sometime around the creation of the Wilderness.
