My brother, sister, and I moved to Amarillo from a small town in Kansas about eleven years ago when my mom married my step dad. When we got here had no idea how big of a change we would go through. We went from a family of four to a family of seven in a matter of moments. At first, we had some problems but over the years we all learned to get along . We no longer fight over the shower and the last piece of pizza . We can actually sit down and have a civilized conversation and not have to be worried about being interrupted. That's a huge change from when we were younger. I can't even imagine how my parents did it. I would have to give them the Nobel Peace Prize for keeping our family together. All in all, my family means everything to me and I love each and every one of them very much.
