Humanities Class

PROJECT ONE A I am a single mother-I have two daughters ages 13 and 10. I go to school full-time and work part-time, and I feel really good about what I'm doing in my life right now. I am not sure exactly how many miles I live from the Santa Rosa JC campus, my home is in Healdsburg.  I can tell you that it takes about 50 minutes to get from here to there on the bus, which seems like a long time until you consider the fact that I don't have to hunt around for parking!

I am taking this class because it sounds interesting, it fulfills a GE requirement, and I've had a good experience with online classes in the past. I am working on earning an AA and a certificate in Human Services, with an emphasis in Drug and Alcohol Counseling.  I plan to transfer to a State College after I'm done at the JC, and major in Psychology. Oh, and for fun I like to read (books, horoscopes and tarot cards), watch movies (no chick flicks even though I am one), and listen to music (all kinds, except country).
