Let the adventure begin........

Well, I am now in Gainesville, the first leg of my summer adventure.  I have arrived for the 2008 Teacher Invasive Plan Camp and met the other 2 teachers from St. Lucie County.  There are 25 of us all together but the three of us will have a great time this week, we have already started.  Lee-Ann is a sweetheart and Kerryane is riot who is going to keep us in stitches all week.  The week looks awesome and the materials they are going to give us is incredible. 

It took 3 1/2 hours to get here.  I forgot how much I am not good at traveling long distances.  I spent the entire time on the phone texting and calling people.  I was really irritated at those areas where I had no cell service!!!  After the first hour I was texting Carson to see if he had any ideas of things to do on long trips.  I think my backside was numb by the time I reached Gainesville!! 

Well, I have left Stuart and my two favorite beings, Havana and Kinja, for the summer.  Yes, I shed a tear or two when I walked out of my house and left them but I know that they will be in good hands since Bruce and Kim and Tonya will be looking out for them. 

Anyway, I am exausted and going to sleep.  I have ambitiously set my alarm for 5:40 am so I can hit the gym before we start.  We'll see if that works out..........
