Within seven to ten days you will recieve a finished sketch; pictured actual size and in color for your approval. Upon approval of your sketch, you may place your order. A deposit of 50% of the total order amount plus a $25 dollar setup fee (a one time charge for each new design) will be due before the order is begun. The remainder is due upon delivery.All orders are shipped Fed-Ex. Orders should be expected to arrive four to five weeks from the date the order was placed. Christmas delivery can not be guaranteed on orders placed after November 10th.
