This is my wonderful grandfather, Chester Cecil Hood, known as "Cecil" or "Daddy" or "Granddaddy".  He is the son of Nathan Alexander Hood.



Sometime, I should post more about him here for you to read.  He is truly a man of God whom I love dearly.  He and my Grandmother are living at the threshold of Heaven these days, as they are nearing 90 years of age and are quite fragile.



I still can't believe I painted this one.  It captures him so well.
