FRIDAY JULY 6, 2001

WELCOME RECEPTION

Registration & Seat Assignment % 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Tournament held on Main Casino Floor

 

ROUND ONE (First Heat)   % 8:00 p.m.  – 9:30 p.m.

ROUND TWO (Second Heat) % 10:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.

ROUND THREE (Third Heat) % 11:30 p.m. – 1 a.m.

Each heat: three (3) tables – seven (7) players each table

Each player receives $3,000 in play chips

Duration of play is one hour & 30 minutes.

Top two (2) from each table advances to Semi-Finals, which is a total of 18 players.

21 players are required for the Semi-Final Round.

Three lucky players from the losers bracket will have the opportunity to sit in the Semi-Final Round through a Wildcard draw. 
One wildcard draw from non-winners immediately after the conclusion of each round. 
Wildcard winners will advance to the next round. 
The handicap is that will only half the amount of play chips will be given to wild-card players during this Round.

Consolation Prize for non-qualifying players: Dinner for Two  at one of our  exclusive Restaurants.

 

SATURDAY JULY 7, 2001

SEMI-FINAL ROUND % 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Three (3) tables – Seven (7) Semi-Finalists each table

(Total of 21 players: 18 qualifiers + 3 Wildcard draws)

Each player receives $3,000 in play chips, wildcard handicap only $1,500 each.

Duration of play is one hour & 45 minutes. 

Top two (2) from each table will advance to the Finals. Total of six (6) players.

One (1) lucky player from the losers bracket will advance to the Finals through a Wild-Card draw to be held immediately after the conclusion of the Semi-Final Round. 

Total of seven (7) players for the Final Round. 

Consolation prize: Dinner for Two at one of our exclusive Restaurants.

 

FINAL ROUND % 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

One table – Seven (7) Finalists (6 qualifiers + 1 Wildcard Draw)

Each player receives $5,000 in play chips. Wildcard handicap only $2,500

Duration of play is two (2) hours. All finalists are guaranteed a minimum cash prize of 

$200 and Dinner for Two at one of our exclusive Restaurants,

with the winner taking home $14,000 cash!
