Hello!!  You caught me in the middle of preparing for my spring...er...summer Renovation Ball.  As you can see, things are a lot different around here since I last updated a billion years ago.  I worked hard to make it look decent.  Hee hee ^_____^.  Anyway, I'm preparing for the party right now so just wander around and amuse yourself! Me?  I'm Thorn.  I maintain this site.  That girl Tira on the main page, is named after me and by buddies.  Her name stands for Thorn- Ice- Rose- Angel.  Ice, Rose, and Angel are some of my friends who sometimes come to H.Q.T.  For your information, they are real people but they aren't called by their code names outside of H.Q.T. and a small network of people.

H.Q.T. actually stands for Headquarters- Thorn where I maintain Base 001.  There is no 'Base 003 or 004' but I like the sound of '001' 'cause it sounds techy. hee hee ^_____^

H.Q.T. was founded in Year 2000 when I was obsessed with Batman and wanted a superhero theme of my own.  It was the base where secret missions were coordinated when my three friends and myself were young teens.  I filed away some records from old missions when we set out to battle the evilness of the world.

Ice and I started recording parodies of 30 minute crime shows and we reached episode 6 before summer break hit and laziness swept over the world in a fatal epidemic.  The trend of writing stories slowly dissipated and we became more interested in drawing comics of our adventures.  The range of characters in our ventures multiplied drastically and new friends and foes appeared.  This was also around the time when our interest in Anime and Manga increased, leading to improvements in the way we sketched.

Sometime later in the year 2001, I created my first website and pinned up stuff from the old archive as well as some of my artwork, even though I had limited art and HTML skills.  I've gotten a little better at working with the codes and I've found many ways to cheat, especially with my scanner and Photoshop ^_______^.  A few months after creating version 1.0 of the site, I grew bored.  But since I have new knowledge of HTML codes and JavaScript, I've decided to create Version 2.0 of H.Q.T.  ^_~

That old R.P.G. isn't my obsession anymore, but it's fun to pretend to be someone else once in a while and the idea of H.Q.T. and crime fighting is still pretty cool.  Occasionally, Ice, Rose, Angel, and Thorn team up in epic adventures to battle the forces of evil once more.  Although their adventures take place in a rather mature setting, they still enjoy starring in perilous quests, battling mad scientists, witches, wizards, warlocks, and gnomes.
