You can find descriptions of each element at the bottom of the page.  The shaded quarter-circles at the corners of rooms are speakers.  The other marks are pretty much self-explanitory.
A Magic vending machine.
B Elevator only accessible from 3rd and 4th floors.  This is how you Enter and Exit the building.
C Elevators.  The elevator in the middle of the building is a hidden platform that is normally not used except in emergencies.
