Hello Tirilei, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.You have done a great job with your web site.For anyone out there here is a site for Florent Vollant. http://www.avantiplus.com/fr/fvollant.html It is in French but if you click on the Eng. you will be able to read about him in English also. It is really nice. Also his Christmas c.d. is worth buying. It is really,really great. You will enjoy it. If you go to http://www.samtherecordman.com they can get it for you, but I doubt if you would be able to get it before Christmas. A joyous holiday to all Kashtin fans, even if they are doing their own thing they are still the best. From a very very good fan of theirs in Ontario.

Hello Tirilei! Came by to have a new look at your site and I have to say you've done a really good job on it! I am putting together a reviewpage for Native American music (with Kashtin among other groups), I plan to have it up in English by the end of next week (a lot of work remains...I am working on the Swedish part right now). I hope you don't mind but I've li ked to this page for more information on Kashtin. And again, if you don't mind, I'd like to post a link here, to the site, when the English version is ready. Go to On@Indigo and then to December 1999 however, you must have the appropriate plugins to listen to the interview which was done when he did an in-store promotion at Indigo Music nd Books in Toronto. Also, Florent finished a television show called "Red Solstice" which should air in Canada in the fall, possibly in November. The live to tape television show also features the incomparable Ulali. Always a great treat to hear their songs and harmonies! I will keep you posted as events develop. Keep it up!!

Hello about that video Eternal Drums I bought mine in Canada at one of their concerts. I got a lot of their t-shirts and some c.d. and cassettes at the concerts also. If you have never seen them perform live you don't know what you are missing guys.They a e the greatest performers on stage that I have seen so far. Hope you can get the video. I have 5 video cassettes from T.V. programs that I have been able to tape and I just love them. Keep up the good work Tirilei.From a great fan in Ontario.

I want to buy, and I dare say everyone on this Site would want to, the Kashtin Documentary that was filmed in 1992 by 'Les Productions Avanti Cine Video Inc.' in Montreal, P.Q. Hi Jan, thanks for your notes and yes, I know of a few sources for the video "Eternal Drum". One is "Oyate" http://www.oyate.org/main.html in California. I also have a link to their website on the CDs page. Go to "Multimedia" on their page. They s ll the video for $25 by mail order and have an order form to be printed out from their website. Another source would be "Drumbeat Indian Arts" in Arizona, http://www.amdest.com/az/Scottsdale/db/drumbeat.html where I bought the video. I am not aware of an Canadian sources so far. Good luck! Hi everyone,Like Jan said I saw them for the first time on a french program called L'Enfer c'est nous autre with Julie Snyder and I was hooked also.I have all of their c.d.s ,their video and I also have nearly 5 full video tapes of stuff they did on t.v. oth in french and english.They are great. Hi, site looks promising. Love the colours used. I became a Kashtin-fan when I saw them perform one day, about six years ago, on the CBC-French Network in a program that featured, I believe Renee Gallant! I was hooked went out to purchase the then first and new album. I bought the other ones as they became available.
