Project-2051 is a little known universal intelligence agency which operates under the authority of the C.I.A. (Cosmic Intelligence Agency)
Since little is known about this secretive group then not much can be said. But what is known will be explained in these pages.

The Project is known to have started back in late 1996. What is known about it is that it's headquarters are located somewhere on Eden.
The only known purpose of 2051 is as follows: 1.Spread disinformation throughout the cosmos. 2.Mind control through sound.
