Latest information on Social Sciences and allied subjects is now available on video tapes. The TISS library does have equipments to enable readers to avail of TV relayed Social Science programmes by the University Grants Commission and many organisations. Besides, information is also being received in the form of cassettes and discs but the library does not have AV equipment to utilize them. It is proposed to establish an AV centre in the library.
