Scouting: Rediker is a guy with exceptional potential as a puckmoving defenseman.. He is a excellent all around skater, good speed, balance, agility laterall and reverse movement.. Very aware skater, knows where to go with it, See's the ice real well.. Sometimes jumps into the play too much as if he wants to go on a breakaway, then strugles to get back in time when the other team gets a odd man rush, this forces him to take stupid penalty's while coming back.. Excellent puckhandler he has no trouble skating up the ice with it.. Has a very hard point shot.. Good passer, effective making the 1st pass and is usefull from the point.. Very tough kid, hard hitter, plays a very physical game in his own end.. Sometimes runs around too much in his own zone.. Is a bit of a project, but one with a lot of potential.. Will need a lot of Defensive coaching if he is to make it to the next level.. |
