We here at The Titta Chatta Guild stand for a non-greedy friendly neopets society. We established this guild because we were sick to death of scam rip off guilds, who took your money then ran, or guilds competing with each other for bigger and better prizes, until eventually they blow the guild budjet, and the whole guild goes under. Well here at Titta Chatta we have no guild budjet, we are only here so guys and girls can hang out and meet heaps of new people. However, to have a fun time, you do need some rules. So please observe these, and everyone will have a great time.
