| Mike's police skills come in handy when a fare from the Justice Department confides that her 19-year-old sister has been kidnapped and is being held ransom for information on a protected witness. As a way of helping, Mike tracks down the witness and abducts him from a U.S. marshal just one week before he's scheduled to testify against a dangerous big-time drug dealer. | ||

| He calls the sister at home just as she's dropped off by the cabbie/ex-cop, who then gets involved in negotiating a swap with Zachary. | ||||

| Zachary is operating out of a camper, which allows him the freedom to move around unnoticed and to monitor the actions of the woman and the cabbie. | ||||

| Zachary manages to talk his way out of the situation with the cops. Guess it's now all up to the cabbie to save the girl. | ||||

| We don't really see Titus again in this episode, but we hear him. After the girl is safely back with her sister, and the protected witness is turned back over to the US Marshalls, Zachary calls the cabbie to let him know he's still out there and will soon be back. Does this mean a recurring role for Titus!? | ||||
