Secure survey of site - legal description - find corners
Stake out extent of Sacred Circle on Ground
Mark Site
Photograp; map; stream, vegetation, outcropping, topography, access to road, utilities, etc.
Discussion of erecting sign
Is there anything on or adjacent to the site of sacred, historic or other value to be preserved, recognized?
Anything to be donw now (or to be planned in interim - next spring, etc.) to prepare site as a special, spiritual, or healing sacred place in advance of construction? A blessing ceremony?
Will community take ownership or provide assurance of operating/maintenance for permanent operation? I'm still unsure whether Tiyospaye wants to do this - but will require ongoing operating commitment from someone.
