Technical program White I

 

Meaning of white belt :

White belt represents the innocence, as the student is beginning the trainning, he has little knowledge of the art of Taekwon-do.

Basic terminology :

Chariot : Attention Guman : To stop
Junbi : Stance Swiyo : Rest
Kyong ye : To greet Hae san : To leave
Si jak : To begin  

Theory on :

- The tenets of Taekwon-do

- The knowledge of the sections

- The definition of Taekwon-do

- The rules of the Dojang

-The usefulness of the combinaison of kicks

 

Basic techniques :

1- Snapping front kick (in walking stance)

2- Pick-shape kick (in walking stance)

3- Walking stance

4- Walking stance forearm spot obverse low block

5- Walking stance inner forearm obverse middle block

6- Walking stance spot obverse middle punch
