PSYCHOLOGIST'S NOTES:
Has attacked one superior officer while training at the University of Kentucky. The superior officer recovered in the campus infirmary from deep lacerations and bruises, also from the surgical removal of a chicken's drumstick from an orifice that was never design for the intake of food.
He had refused to press charges against T'kee due to off colored joke he had told that was taken as an insult. Something involving a bucket of deep-fried chicken.
T'kee, also in the campus infirmary recovering from a broken wing, bruises, and the residual effects of a phazer set on stun. Accepted the apology.
No other violent incident has been recorded on a superior officer.
Though I have not worked this close to a totally non-humanoid species such as the Skorr before.
I get that strange feeling in the pit of my stomach when those huge copper eyes, that rarely blink, study me like a mouse caught between the talons of a hawk, and will be glad to have her out of my sick bay.
One year after the above incident:
It is found that T'kee has a fear of moths.
She had been issued a phazer during her third year at the academy and nearly burned down her dormitory room, as well as her two human roommates, all in the process of trying to kill the insect.
The moth was killed by one of the roommates with T'kee's P.A.D.D. that shattered on impact losing two years worth of homework and notes.
The roommates did not regret the lost of T'kee's data P.A.D.D.
One of the roommates is currently in my care after the incident and shows improvement over her fear of Ornithophobia, however it is not as irrational as the condtion implies. Also she is being treated for Phased- Energy-Rectificationphobia.
The scalp replacement and the new natural hair growth may help to improve her self-esteem.
Four years after the above incident and final graduation evaluation:
No other incident recorded.
I feel T'kee is currently fit for duty.

PHYSICIAN'S NOTES:
I did not realize this species had a third clear eyelid. When examining the eyes the brightness of the probe caused the third eyelid to slide over they eye to protect it from the glaring light. Much like the Earth's primitive raptors.
T'Kee's eyesight is excellent, much better than most humanoid species I have examined.
Unlike Earth's raptors, she also has deer like external ear coverings that can be swiveled around to catch sounds. Also possesses 6 limbs. A pair of legs, a pair of wings very capable of flight, and a pair of well developed dexterous arms. The legs end with feet that have 4 digits each, much like Earth's primitive raptors, each and a wicked set of jet-black claws. The arms end with hands each that have 3 digits and a set of black claws a little smaller than what is found on the feet.
She has informed me that the military warriors of her people have these earflaps removed to prevent them from being used against them in battle.
The warriors also have their feathers died a solid color to signify unity and rank of the flock they are assigned to.
She has informed me that the females of her race are larger than the males. I believe that she is at her full growth as an adult. If she grows any taller she will not be able to serve comfortably on federation ships designed mainly for humanoids.
The section of coral bone replacement in the left wing seems to have healed perfectly and is now replaced by natural bone.
I suggest the prescriptions of calcium and iron to be continued until deemed unnecessary.
The 6 years spent on earth in her training and local foods may have caused some damaged.
She seems to have a fondness for earth food "Chile-dogs" being one of her favorite.
As unpleasant as it is to us, I suggest she consumes live foods, including hair and bone to maintain soft organ, bone, skin, and digestive track health as she would normally as if she was on her home world.
She has told me that her home world is actually an Asteroid. This is to my surprise for such a large species. She has assured me that the Asteroid is very large and is also fitted with flight simulators for exercise.
She is unsure of the location of the home world of her species as they cover a wide area of space, asteroids and planets, due to her species mercenary tendencies as warriors.
She has personally sought enlightenment and follows the "Soul of Skorr" a more peaceful way, different from the warrior's mercenary way.
I would like to make more of a study on this species, as I have not come across other non-humanoids of her kind.
She also remarked on a species of highly evolved Dolphin who wear protective water suits and artificial arms to aid in navigating between the stars. Oh how I would love to meet them!
Um…. I digress….
I feel T'kee is physical fit and ready for duty.
