1. FREE SHIPPING on all Q-Club Orders.
2. Minimum $57.00BV order. Your first order IS NOT a Q-Club
Order.
3. Must have a void check attached if you opt for bank
draft.
4. This is not a default order in case you forget to order,
it is an actual order that will be placed for you automatically by the
company, regardless of how much you have ordered during the month.
5. The Q-Club is for product orders only, no marketing
materials.
6. We will charge your credit cards and draft your accounts
on the 5th of the month.
7. All changes in payment information, or address, must
be made in writing, signed and dated and either mailed or faxed to the
company. Changes in Q-Club products may be made by phone or fax.
8. To qualify for Qwik-pay, bi-weekly pay you must order
$114.00 Business Volume (BV) or 6 bottles of product.
9. All changes in the products must be made by the last
working day of the month.If the last day of the month is Sunday you must
make your change by 2:00 pm CST on Saturday.
10. If your credit card declines, we will assess shipping
charges and rerun the card. If it declines a 2nd time we will mail you
a notice. However, we are not responsible if you do not place your qualifying
order.
11. If your bank draft does not go through due to insufficient
funds, problems with your bank, or bad account, and/or routing numbers,
we will mail you a notice, and will assess shipping charges and redeposit
if possible. If it fails a 2nd time or cannot be redeposited, we are not
responsible if you fail to place a qualifying order.
12. If we experience a second problem in another month
with a bank draft due to insufficient funds, problems with your bank, or
bad account, your Q-Club will be moved to a credit card-only status.
13. We have a liberal product return policy, Q-Club members
who abuse that will be removed from the
Q-Club. It is incumbent on you to make sure you have only
those products you wish to receive on your Q-Club order.
14. You may suspend or cancel your Q-Club at any time.
Any suspensions or cancellations must be made in writing and faxed or mailed
to the company. It must be RECEIVED (not postmarked) before the end of
the month prior to the cancellation or suspension taking effect. Once suspended
or cancelled, you will be placed into a non-Q status and all subsequent
orders will be subject to applicable shipping. You will remain on non-Q
status until your first Q-Club order is placed after reactivation.
15. For members ordering 3 bottles on their Q-Club order,
once your gross bonus check exceeds $100, or for 6-bottle orders, once
your gross bonus check exceeds $200, your Q-Club purchase will be automatically
deducted from your bonus check.
16. All Q-Club applications must be signed and dated in
order to be processed. If not signed and dated, the Q-Club Application
will be returned to you by mail or fax to be signed and dated. We are not
responsible for any delays this might cause in the start date of your Q-Club
