| SOMETHING HOLY NEED NOT BE BORING. The success of the first Fiesta Krusada was to be doubled by the fun of the second. The Second Comming: Fiesta Krusada 2002 (God is in Control) promised more than just a mere assembly of high school students. Participants' testimonials proved the event as engaging, entertaining, refreshing, and meaningful. On October 9 to 10, a General Assembly was held. Participants were divided into ten teams named after the disciples of Jesus: Thomas (Jennifer Zamora, leader) Simon Peter (Peter Leo Roxas) Simon the Zealot (Joann Umali) Matthew (Amor Umali) John (Noelyn Crystal Aldueza) James (Laarni Tolentino) Jude Thaddeus (Kristine Jan Calano) Andrew (YMC Trainor Jefferson Ricalde) Philip (Marina Geneciran) Bartholomew (SCAP President Madelyn Libranda) After lots of fun and worthwhile activities, Thomas was adjudged as Best Team, Simon Peter was Best in Play Performance, Edgar Privado was Best Individual Performer, and Marlon Santero, Best Team Member. The celebration ended with a living rosary participated in by the teams. |
