I will try to keep these as brief and simple as possible and hope that they will be observed by each member.
1. KEEP TO THE TARMAC
This is pretty straightforward - at all times drivers should try to stay on the track and not intentionally run the grass to gain an advantage over another competitor. The general rule of thumb is to keep at least two wheels on the track or rumble strips when possible.
2. COURTESY
Another straightforward rule - Please observe a bit of courtesy when following another driver, especially into turns. Nobody wants their nights racing ruined by an inconsiderate driver who punts them into gravel traps or even worse, walls. A little bit of 'biff' is expected with eight drivers on track BUT intentional and/or recurring attacks will be looked into. If a member is found to be guilty, A one race stand down will be imposed. Further breaches will result in a two race stand down and so on and so forth. Please be aware that this will only occur under extreme circunstances - we all want everyone to be involved in the racing and will try to keep it as such.
3. RACE SETTINGS
We will be running in HARDCORE mode for this league, not only does this make for difficult racing but allows us access to the GARAGE option in the game where you can run personalized setups. Damage will be set to NORMAL and FLAGS will be turned off.
4. SERVERS
Under NO circumstances shall a driver ESCAPE out of a server. This is to be done by the HOST ONLY. The reason for this is that when someone escapes the racing ends (As far as we know anyway). The only reason why someone leaves should be if they get disconnected from the Internet. Do not ESCAPE if you happen to crash - Carry on racing, You have four races on the night in total to redeem yourself if one turns to custard.
