Gladys, I agree with your thesis statement. AIDS is a very serious and sad fact in today’s world. As a wealthy country, I believe that the U.S. does have a responsibility to help solve this serious health problem. I like the way that you address the problem of debt in African countries. I would like it if you could introduce your paper to the U.S. Congress to try to get some support for your concerns about African countries. You mention that Asia, Europe and South America are receiving economic benefits from the U.S., but not Africa. What type of economic benefits are you talking about? I would also be interested in reading your final paper and learning more from you about the AIDS health issue in Africa.
