Stephan, you have a very interesting outline. I’m also interested in Cuba. But, I believe that we are on opposite sides. I would like to know how U.S. agriculture is being hurt by the embargo against Cuba? To me, it seems that it would be like David (Cuba) vs. Goliath (U.S.) as far as the agriculture goes. It’s an interesting point you make. Where does Cuba import its food and other supplies? I’m curious because I know that México has positive relations with Cuba. Also, I would like to know more about what you will consider as the human rights violations in Cuba.

Did you have a chance to hear Fidel Castro when he spoke in NYC in September (2000) at Riverside Church? I listened to the entire speech over the radio, but I don’t know if it has been published yet.
