Tom is beginning his freshman year in college.  Because of high costs his

parents have asked  him to apply for a credit card in order to help cover tuition

and minor book expenses.  Every day Tom receives several offers from banks

about the benefits of utilizing their credit card services.  He has become quite

confused and concerned about the validity of the offers and their rates.  Tom

needs your help!!!!
                                              

In this webquest your job will be to help Tom find the best credit card available.

You will need to submit a summary comparing and contrasting 5 different credit

cards through various sites, including in your report the annual fees, interest

rates, cash on demand, and balance transfer rates.
