Dialogue page 5

At first there was no oxygen in the atmosphere. It took green plants to produce oxygen. The first microscopic ( 1 cell ) creatures didn't have oxygen. The UV light will kill any life until oxygen in the atmosphere made ozone to block out UV light.

I am trying to get to my marine microbiology. The same blue-green algae is present and just as vital today. Biology teaches that blue-green algae gave us our oxygen and then ozone blocked out UV light and then multicelled creatures we see today appeared on earth. Do you see ?

What I want to get to is the microbes and how things grow. The growing cycle isn't evident, as you can see or not see! My idea for years has been that the microbes like green algae feed the animal life on up to humans. How did I get out in the ocean.

Also there are diatoms

My plan is to help people see the small and microscopic. It is easy to get off the subject. Basically I am dealing with micro-organisms and one celled creatures. It gets confusing so now I just want to explain the 1-st micro life forms, on this page, to keep it simple.

Remember to find all this in some books.

Just to start somewhere again, lets say the earliest atomsphere was mostly carbon dioxide. There was only about 20% nitrogen. Cyano-bacteria began to grow. they put oxygen into the primitive atmosphere 3.5 billion years ago. now nitrogen begins to build-up to 75% and carbon dioxide lowers to.03%. Can you see this, Ha Ha. Now oxygen ( very reactive ) fills the atmosphere at about 20%. Lets just say this to start figuring. We can then come foreward to about 2 billion years ago.

Bacteria are even vital on earth today. They don't just cause sickness and spoil our food. Bacteria clean our air and water. It's all a natural system and chemicals have to be recycled back again. just think about this a few hours now, Ha Ha. The same phytoplankton in the ocean two billion years ago still supply most of our oxygen. What's new here. The animals take the oxygen and cycle it back to water.

Did I say bacteria again ? Anyway I am trying to move on but we have to see the microscopic in a general idea. The chlorophyll in cyanobacteria are able to sustain themselves with energy from sunlight. This green stuff caused oxygen to build up in the atmosphere. SO ?, we want to preserve the green plants we can see and the microscopic marine life that really produces most of our oxygen.

Now what use are diatoms that I mentioned a page earlier. Who knows. I didn't know last week. They carry on photosynthesis and that gives off oxygen. 20 % of total with not a thought from people. I say we want to think with our God given brain. The kids are sent to school to learn all this natural stuff. Lets get it right. Be patient and maybe I can get to land plants.

I want to comment about oxygen. We all have it in the air. Ever ask yourself where it came from. I was reading in a book today here in the Downey library. It said that the first bacteria gave it off as a waste gas, at first. Think about it, The First Life Forms lived in an oxygen free enviroment. Oxygen is very very reactive. My Prokaryotes started all this and then the other higher Life Forms started living on oxygen, so they say in theory of evolution.

I haven't been on my PROKARYOTE Page for over a year. Was working on my Comments
that has led bcck to the microscopic. Fact that our Great Space Program is looking for the "origin of life" in a bacteria/germ. O NASA tell you
to wash your hands, hah hah hah. Am I teaching here ? How about this Fact
they want to teach the kids in our schools.

A nitrogen site I just found.
