Idea is to follow the equasion and learn it that way

They say 2,000 Calorie diet a day :

4W = 1 Cal. I know it gets confusing.
Metabolism for 2000 Cal. diet = 23 calories a second burned
Remember 1 Cal. is 1,000 small cals. You will learn.

Giving 1 Cal. per kilogram weight
Need more study; has mistakes ?

note: I figure 1 Calorie per Kilogram an hour in metabolism.

Maybe not accurate ?

A gram of Hydrogen a grams amount of other elements Peridoc tables

How to explain the Mole measurement
A gram of Hydrogen a grams amount of other elements

Formula weigh of H2O = ( 2x1 ) + 16 = 18
1 mole of H2 O = 18 grams.
Like, 1 gram of Hydrogen and 12 grams of Carbon

note: I figure 1 Calorie per Kilogram an hour in metabolism.

Figuring size of our Milky Way Galaxy

Distance to Andromeda Galaxy on 1-millometer scale = 7 feet
giving 1-mm per 1,000 light-years / 10 centemeters across on paper
1 meter = 1,000,000 million light years
2 meters = 2,000,000 million light years
2.2 meters = about 7 feet

giving 1/32 inch per 1,000 light years / 3 inches across on paper

32 x 3
96 x 4 = about 3 inches
2.2 million lt-years to Andromeda Galaxy = 5.7 feet If milky way is 3in. across Andromeda Galaxy is about 6 feet away

P = V + A
Power = Volts x Amps
Watts = Volts x Amps

1 J = 1 meter No time factor
1 W = 1 J a second

Falling objects by gravity 9.8 meter or 32 feet.

Kilo divided by 9.8 = 102 grams = Newton
This Unit of Force is the weight of an average lemon.

A Newton of force > 1 kilo 1-meter is 1-Joule. No time factor
A Newton of force > 1 kilo 1-meter in 1-second is a Watt. This is Power rate

A Newton can just set there. If it moves a Kilo 1 meter it is a ( J )
A Joule a second of time is a Watt. We are measuring power now by this SI Unit

N, J, W, Cal, Hp

N = 102 grams
J = N + 1 meter
W = J + 1 second
Cal = 4.1 Watts and Dollar = 4 quarters
Hp = 746 Watts a second

Here it is or how small is the nucleus in ball park figure.

I would like to start a little dialogue or something to read and focus our
thinking on. It is vague and one book says one thing and leaves me still not
sure if my figures are right. Lets say 10,000,000 atoms to a millimeter.

The dimes lined up for 118 miles. That is like lineing up atoms for 1-mm.
Now a dime, think about it, and then 118 miles. Is this pretty close. 10 million atoms, 10 million dimes. Right ? 1-mm and 118 miles of dimes.
I have been figuring for hours. So many book and web sites dont say. What
about TV programs. In this material world they dont say that the atom is empty.
