Racing will be governed by the current ISAF and Australian Yachting Federation rules and regulations, and the Sailing Instructions. All yachts competing must comply with their class regulations.

In taking part in the regatta, I do so at my own risk and the Sailing club is not responsible for the seaworthiness of any yacht and safety of any crew, and attention is drawn to ISAF Fundamental Rule 4 which states; "A boat is soley responsible for deciding whether or not to start or to continue racing "
