Composing Lyrical Music
So, are you a musiclover who love songs like My Heart Will Go On, This I Promise You, Thank God I Found You etc.? Everytime you listen to them, are you amazed with the melody, the style or the words of the music? I do believe some of you do? May I ask again, are you upset that you have no idea on how to compose your own original songs? I believe some of you do but be upset no more because I am going to reveal you the methods of composing songs of your own.
For those of you who don't know music at all, you too can compose songs but the only thing you cannot do is writing the musical notes down on a manuscript book. Well, do not worry about that. There is sure a solution for that. Ok, If you really don't know much about the rules of music and you want to compose songs, well do this:
-
Write down the lyrics first
-
Secondly, sing the lyrics in an acceptable melody.
-
After that, if you want to write it down in musical notes, sing the melody to someone who is good at music and let him/her deal with you song by writing the musical notes and arranging the chords for you.
For those of you who know music but still do not know how to compose a song, do not be disappointed any longer. If you know how to play chords on piano, guitar etc., for example: C, Cm Gm, G, GMaj7 etc, play them and sing in an acceptable melody as you play the chords(with lyrics if you want). So, Isn't that simple? After completing that, write the notes in a manuscript book and if possible, stipulate the suitable chords in the manuscript book.
The other alternative you can do is writing down the lyrics and then play the chords and sing your lyrics in an acceptable melody as you play the chord.
See, it is actually simple to compose your own songs. So why don't you go and try it now.
