What's the secret of good health? Sometimes, people eat lots of vegetables and food which have high nutrient values but still, viruses and cancer cells still attack people and let people end up six feet underground. Probably, it could be because poeple do not take care of their health when they were in the morning of their days.

It is quite logical that people's health when they are old depends on how people take care of their health wehn they are in their younger age or what their mother takes when they are pregnant. So, we as people, we must know the right steps to take care of our health and from time to time, we need to be reminded of food which are healthy or unhealthy. Revision about the advantages of each nutrient will help us to take care of our health.

Firstly, pregnant ladies must always take the right amount of calcium, protein, a little of fat, ferum, some vitamins and water. It is not advisable to take too much of each nutrient because sometimes it can cause more health problems to a mother and to her baby in her womb. So, consult a doctor to know the amount of each nutrient you must take.

When people are young, people should take care of their health. Young people should take the right amount of calcium, vitamins, fibre, ferum, fat, water, carbohydrate and protein. Make sure you take them in the right amount or else you might end up in the bed of the hospital with wires all around you.

Young people should not take too much sugar, cholesterol, snacks and junk food and fat. If they are taken in big amounts, people can suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure and heart attack. Avoiding from taking too much of these is a good habit to cultivate so that healthy life is just ahead of you.

Alcohol, cigarette and drugs should also be abstained because deteriorates our health. Moreover, they are all a waste of money and for drugs, you might cage up yourself later. So, we must all resist these things because they can cause us to suffer from cancer, diabetes, rise of accidents (alcohol), hallucination (drugs) and heart disease is said to be possible. Avoid these things. Resist them. When people ask your whether you want these, say 'NO!'. Remember, your health is more important than all these temptations.

In our daily life, it is recommended to take at least 5 different kind of vegetables or fruits. They can prevent us from constipation and cancer. When we eat food, sometimes there are small particles of foor are stuck in our intestines. If we don't take lots of vegetables or fruits which do contain fibre, then the small particles in your intestines will accumulate. According to some people it can cause cancer in the intestines. Whether it is true or not, it is better to prevent the small particles from accumulating in our intestines.

For older people, it is still possible to take care of their health. Take the right amount of each nutrient daily. But one problem arise: old people's bones can't absorb calcium. So, that is why it is important that young people take plenty of calcium so that they won't suffer from bone problems like osteoporosis.

Exercise too is an essential part to achieve good health. As you know, exercise makes you sweat, reduces the cholesterol level and fat in your body and prevents heart attacks and high-blood pressure. Other than that, it helps you release your daily stress and tension which sometimes involves your physical health.

Have enough sleep is another secret of good health. Often we rather sleep late watching television, using the computer, have fun in pubs and the list just goes on. Sometimes work stops you from having enough rest. My advice would be, have enough sleep. If your superior often forces you to do work late at night then report to the authorities. They are always available. They are the one who can help you.

All my advice here may lead you to have a good health. Those are some of the best ways to keep your health in a good condition. However, death is still inevitable to everyone in this Earth. You only can do the best for your health.
